A Semen Analysis is important to evaluate infertility. It will provide your physidan with information on sperm count, sperm movement and sperm structure.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR SPERM ANALYSIS

An appointment must be scheduled in advance by calling The Diamond Institute at (973) 761·5600.

Semen Analysis may be scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 7:30AM- 11:30AM.

Please fax both sides of your Insurance Card to (973) 761-5100.

Patients who do not have insurance will be asked to provide payment at the time of service.

Your Insurance may require a referral from your Primary Care Physician.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR SPERM ANALYSIS

Please abstain from ejaculation for 2 Days, but no more than 4 Days prior to the test.

At the time of scheduling, you will receive more specific instructions for preparation.
